In the manufacturing process of our bed bases, we use layered beechwood as raw material, which is also why we support forest regeneration.
Once prefabricated, the beechwood is dried and treated so as to maintain a balanced humidity, both in a dry environment, as it releases humidity as well as in a humid environment, as it absorbs excessive humidity, thus the level is kept normal.
The beechwood is then cut into slats based on certain dimensions, which are then individually assembled in the connecting fittings mounted on the fixed base, which can be bent manually or electrically.
And since it’s said a movie says more than a 1000 words, here is a short presentation video of how our bed bases are made.
Enjoy!
